Skagit Tulip Festival - Boobootour

Every year in April, Skagit Tulip Festival Organization coordinates and promotes a countywide tulip bloom celebration. The location is in Mount Vernon, 61 miles North of Seattle and 82 miles South of Vancouver, BC. The Tulip Festival is such an event that it attracts people from all over the state, including Canada. Last weekend April 2023, my family visited the Tulip Festival. There was heavy traffic from Interstate 5 to the entire Tulip Festival. We were lucky enough to park at Garden Rosalyn and enjoyed tulip-seeing. It was a sunny day, around 70 degrees, so it was perfect.
